Chicago Municipal Device/ Polkadot Cat Collar, Breakaway Safety Collar

Handmade fabric collar in a hand drawn print  subtly featuring the Chicago Municipal Devicebin a sweet polkadot pattern.

Each collar is made with care and is adjustable between 8"- 14". Please measure neck circumference before purchase.

The 1/2" width makes the collar stand out. 3/8” width option not available for this item.

These are safety breakaway collars, do not use with a leash. They are meant to come off somewhat easily to prevent injury if caught on something. If you would like to use a leash on a cat, please purchase a harness for their safety.
